What is ClinicOps?
An operations consulting service for independent, physician owned US practices. We build practical systems that fix prior authorization chaos, credentialing deadlines, and staff coordination, inside tools like ClickUp, Monday, or Asana.
Do I need to buy new software?
Maybe, and the cost is small. If your team already uses ClickUp, Monday, or Asana, we work in it. If not, a paid plan is usually a few dollars per user each month, far less than the time it saves. We do not resell software, so there is nothing extra to buy from us.
Are these tools HIPAA compliant?
ClickUp, Monday.com, and Asana all offer HIPAA compliant configurations with a signed BAA on their enterprise plans. We also design workflows to carry the minimum necessary data, and most practices run fine with no PHI in the system at all.
How much does it cost?
Every engagement starts with a free 15 minute Chaos Audit. From there, the Prior Auth Sprint is $749, the Operations Dashboard runs $1,999 to $2,999, the Operations Partner retainer starts at $4,999 a month, and the Boutique partnership is priced around your practice.
How fast can you deliver?
